Registration & Tuition Fees

* Choose from 2, 3 & 5 full day programs. (The program for infants and toddlers is 5-day)

As a nonprofit charitable organization, Global Village International is committed to providing engaging daily programs focused on educational excellence. Our nurturing, diverse international setting will support your child as he or she begins to learn a second language.
Our base tuition is very competitive with other centers such as KinderCare, Goddard, Primrose, Early Childhood Adventures, and Children’s Landing Center. We encourage you to take a tour and have your child try a full day for FREE to see & experience our program.
* We offer a wide range of options & scholarship discounts for families including unlimited acceptance of children qualifying for CCAP or DPP (Denver Preschool Program)
* Schedule an appointment with us to assess which program (and possible discounts) will work for your individual family.

Vacation Days
To retain your child’s spot during vacation, 50% of your regular tuition is due.
* Vacation days can be used if written notice is given in advance for the days the child will not be in attendance.
* Tuition must be paid prior to going on vacation.
* These fees are non-refundable if you choose not to return.
* Vacation days only apply if your child is normally scheduled to attend on those days.
* Each child is given 5 vacation days each school year.

Tuition & Financial Support
Your tuition will vary depending on your child’s age and the attendance schedule that you select for your. We want to meet your family’s schedule needs, which is why we offer both full- and part-time enrollment options. Please schedule a tour and our director will be glad to provide you with our fee schedule as well as discuss options to enable our program to work within your budget. As a nonprofit, we believe every child should have the opportunity to receive 5-Star learning opportunity.
Tuition/Billing
How will I receive my invoice?
An invoice will be emailed to the address you listed on file with the child care center.
When will I receive my invoice?
All tuition and fee related invoices will be emailed weekly on the Monday prior to weekly attendance and fees are due the Friday prior to attendance. In case of a Monday holiday, invoices will be sent the prior Monday
How will I pay my invoice?
Payment Option 1:
A payment link will appear on every invoice you receive.
You can initiate a one-time payment or sign up for automatic payments by accessing the payment link.
You may pay your invoice with a credit/debit card online.
The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH or bank accounts.
The link for the payments will remain the same and will not change month to month.
Enrollment in automatic payments is highly encouraged and very much appreciated.

When is my payment due?
The payment due date is listed on your invoice and your account may be subject to late fees of $50 or more if not paid on time.

All billing services for Global Village International Preschool are handled through the GVI Accounting office and electronic invoices are sent.
