Here at Global Village International (GVI) Preschool, we have Toddler Programs for children from 12 to 30 months old. While the focus at this age is on English, GVI toddlers have unique opportunities to participate in activities that explore world cultures and world languages in developmentally appropriate ways.

Curriculum for Toddlers
We understand the importance of a good education, even at a young age. That’s why our preschool offers a variety of educational programs and activities. We use an assortment of experiences to help your child grow and learn in a fun, engaging way.
Our Toddler Program provides an interactive experience as these young children begin to explore the world around them. For many children, this is their first experience in a school setting. It’s also a time of rapid and multi-faceted growth in their cognition, social-emotional development, and self-care capabilities. We build on their cognitive and physical growth along with their artistic and musical abilities.
What Our Kids Learn In Our Program
At this preschooler learning level, we introduce colors, shapes, number sense, labeling, vocabulary, songs, rhymes, and literature, and we begin to include counting, patterns, predictions, singing, and following routines. Our skilled teachers model English and Spanish languages for children. Sharing and conflict resolution are also introduced while we support their independence with creative and appropriate challenges, enabling them to complete tasks and communicate their needs.
Additionally, our teachers work with you and your child regarding readiness for potty training, and by the end of the school year, most children are using the toilet. Our local preschool providers make sure your child is learning everything from academics to self-care at a young age.
